How to cancel

Message us on WhatsApp or email info@tourfecto.com with your booking number (TF-XXXXXXXX), or use the Manage booking link in your confirmation email.

Day tours

Free cancellation up to 24 Stunden before the start time. Later cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full because guides and vehicles are already arranged.

Nile cruises, packages and multi-day trips

Different terms may apply. They will be stated in your booking confirmation before you pay.

Changing your date

Ask us at least 24 Stunden before the tour. We will move you to another date subject to availability at no charge.

Refunds

Eligible refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. Bank fees charged by your own bank or card provider are not refunded.

If we cancel

If we cancel or cannot run your tour, you can choose a new date or a full refund of what you paid for it.

Right of withdrawal

Tours are booked for a specific date, so the 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts generally does not apply. This does not affect the rights above or any mandatory rights you have by law.
