Who we are

What we collect

Bookings and enquiries: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, travel date, number and ages of guests, language, message and booking total.

Payments: if you pay online, the card payment is handled by Stripe. We receive the payment status and amount, never your full card number.

Reviews: your name, country, rating and text. A review is accepted only with the email and booking number of a completed tour.

Newsletter: your email address, only if you subscribe.

Security: our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam, and we keep short-lived request logs to prevent abuse.

Visits: we count page views and referring websites in aggregate, without cookies. If you accept analytics cookies, we also record a visit log with your IP address, approximate location (country and city), device, browser, pages viewed and referrer, linked by an anonymous visitor ID.

Why we use it and our legal basis

To answer your enquiry, confirm and run your tour, send booking emails and reminders: performing a contract with you.

To keep accounting and tax records and respond to authorities: legal obligation.

To prevent fraud and spam and keep the site secure: our legitimate interest.

To send offers and newsletters, run analytics and marketing measurement: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who we share data with

Guides, drivers, hotels and cruise operators who deliver your tour, only what they need.

Service providers acting for us: hosting, email delivery, Stripe (payments) and Cloudflare (spam protection).

If you accept the relevant cookies: Google (Analytics, Ads, Maps), Meta, TikTok, Microsoft Clarity, and ip-api.com, which receives your IP address to estimate your location.

We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

We operate from Egypt and some providers are in other countries, including the EU, UK and USA. Where required, we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or the provider certification schemes.

How long we keep it

Booking and payment records: for as long as needed for the service and for the legal and tax retention periods ([YEARS] years).
