Terms and Conditions

Last updated: [DATE]. By booking with [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], trading as Tourfecto Travel ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms.

Who provides the service

We organise and sell tours in Egypt. Some services are delivered by licensed guides, drivers, hotels and cruise operators on our behalf.

Bookings

A booking request is confirmed only when we confirm availability and price by email or WhatsApp. You receive a booking number (TF-XXXXXXXX) and a page to manage your booking.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars; other currencies are estimates. Group-size prices are shown on each tour page. Children 6 to 11 pay 50% and children under 6 are free, unless the tour page says otherwise. Entrance fees, tips and personal expenses are extra unless listed as included. Online payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Changes by us

We may adjust or reschedule a tour because of weather, security, site closures or other events beyond our control. We will offer an alternative or refund the affected service.

Your responsibilities

Arrive on time at the pick-up point, carry valid travel documents, give us accurate health and mobility information and follow your guide safety instructions. We recommend travel insurance.

Reviews

Reviews are published after approval and only from guests who completed a tour. We may remove content that is false or abusive.

Photos and content

Site content and photos belong to us or are used under licence. Do not copy them without permission.

Liability

We act with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your mandatory consumer rights. Otherwise we are not liable for loss, delay or injury caused by events outside our control.

Complaints

Tell your guide or contact us during the tour so we can fix the problem. Otherwise write to info@tourfecto.com within 30 days. We reply within 14 days.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. [COURT / JURISDICTION]. This does not remove consumer protections you have in your country of residence.
